For bachelor level, I would go to NUS. For your master go abroad. NUS Bachelor has such a strong reputation that I would consider it very seriously especially if you want to work there at some point in your career.
But my goal is to work and live in Switzerland. If I can’t get a job there then my next choices would be London and Germany.
