IB FT Through MSF International Student

Hi guys, I’m doing my MSF currently at a semi target with a concentration in Fintech. I’m looking at the one year program which ends in May 2024 ( i have the option to extend to the 1.5 year program). I am looking at IB - I have prior experience at a small management consulting firm in Milan, a mortgage bank doing loan servicing (but I just put summer associate on my resume), and a family office as a VC intern. I do not have prior IB experience but I want to break in as a FT candidate. What’s my best bet? Any advice would be appreciated.
