IB in the US: is better city university of London or CUNY?

I am from Italy and I would like to get into IB straight after the bachelor, possibly in the US, but I won’t spit on a place in London. Would it be better to get a bachelor at city university of London (the undergraduate school of CASS) or at another non target uni in the UK, or at CUNY or similar universities in the US? City, and even more CASS, is a quite good school, but it is in the UK, where it is more “normal” to get a master before working. On the other hand, CUNY is not certainly Stanford. What would you suggest?
