LBS MFA vs EDHEC MiM Finance

Dear all,

I applied to several Masters and I got an offer from EDHEC MiM Finance with scholarship.

However, I am waiting for a decision to be made from LBS MFA (I finished my interview last week.).

I think the interview went well and I would possibly get an offer from LBS... BUT since it is very competitive, I still want to have an option with EDHEC.

Well, I have to pay 7500 Euros by 26th to EDHEC to secure the spot, but the LBS result will be sent on 29th.

What do you think is the most rational decision to make...?

1) Pay 7500 and save the spot

2) Do not accept EDHEC and wait for LBS offer

asked edhec for more time, but if you are competitive with LBS apply to HEC, ESSEC or Bocconi WAY better for your career

Try your best on LBS, its reputation is way better than EDHEC unless you want a career in financial markets (if so you would be competing with those from Polytechnique, Centrale, etc)

EDHEC is a decent school, but not speaking French will limit your chance of getting a good placement, even in London. LBS offers almost the top-notch career service/network/reputation in London/Dubai/Hong Kong
