Master Finance: WHU Otto Beisheim, Germany vs Nova SBE, Portugal

Hi! I was admitted to Master in Finance programmes at WHU Otto Beisheim in Germany and Nova SBE in Portugal.
Please give some advise on what to choose!
I am from Russia, non-EU. I am 50/50 about staying in Europe or coming to Russia after my studies.
Pros of NOVA SBE:
Costs 10 000 Eur
good rankings, ranked 14th worldwide by FT
Lisbon is a nice place to spend a year in
possibility of exchange semester
Cons of NOVA:
maybe less perspectives to find job in Europe afterwards

Pros of WHU:
Highly reputable school in Germany
good job perspectives in Germany
competitive environment; strong community
Cons of WHU:
Costs 20 000 Eur
located in a small village Vallendar
master in finance is not ranked at all (only their master in management programme is ranked in FT)

Please share your thoughts=)
Thanks!
