Need an honest opinion: Chance me for H/S

Background:

Junior at West-Coast Target (UCLA, USC, UCB) majoring in business

GPA: Cumulative 3.6/4.0, Major 3.8/4.0

Ethnicity: Mixed (Asian, Latino and Pacific Islander)

Experience: Started two businesses, first one software e-commerce built to earn ~$700K in annual revenue and then sold for ~$2MM. Second, luxury apparel subscription service, partnered with Barney's NY (now Saks) and Nordstroms, $450K in NTM and raised $100K in pre-seed at $2.5MM valuation. Interned in IB for Sophomore year at regional boutique and Sophomore summer at MM and will be joining GS/MS/JPM for my Junior SA in a top group in New York. Assuming I get return offer or recruit for MF PE FT

GMAT: Expected 750+ (I got 35 on ACT with little studying so I assume it is close in nature but will study more for it)

EC's: Board of NGO that does cleft lip surgeries in rural China, SEO diversity program, Fraternity Executive board, Finance club (no leadership position tho)

What are my chances at GSB/HBS deferred programs if I apply my Senior year, do I have a shot/what should I do to increase my odds?

The software we developed was the sole reason we got acquired, our business model was not unique by any means. At the time, I was a freshman in college and was ultimately comfortable with the offer we got and decided to take it. Looking back, would've patented the technology and looked for better offers, but then again not sure if I would've got any. No regrets.

Back to the point, do you think I have a shot?
