NYU PT MBA - GMAT or GRE?

Hi all, this is my first post on here. I recently got rejected from the part-time MBA program at NYU Stern. I had gotten a waiver for the tests but I think that actually might have shot me in the foot. My undergrad GPA isn't particularly strong but now I have two other Master degrees.

Here are my stats: I got a BS in Biology from UC Davis. Had transferred in from a community college. GPA was about a total of 3.2 from both programs. I have since gotten an MA in History and a Masters of Public Administration (which required several finance courses) both from NYU, with an overall GPA of 3.7. I thought this would have helped my chances of getting into the program, but have recently heard that the undergrad GPA is more heavily weighted. Is this true?

Have worked as a Science teacher for the past 6 years. Recently got promoted to a head of curriculum, which is a leadership role.

I did take the GRE 6 years ago with a 158 V and 157 Q (hardly studied and think I can outdo this) but those scores had expired which is why I couldn't use them for my application.

My big question is what are my chances of getting into the program, and what test should I take? Do the graduate degrees help the application? I know that the GRE style test would be easier for me to excel in but will do what I can to not get rejected this Fall.

Thanks in advance.
