Considering your score will be good for 5 years, you should definitely go ahead and get it out of the way. It will be one less thing you have to worry about 2, 3, or 4 years down the road when you want to go back and get an MBA. It will be much harder to find the time then than now. The fact that you are already considering taking it speaks volumes to the fact that it'd be a good idea to go ahead and take it and get it over with. After long days at work, are you really going to want to spend your limited free time studying? Doubt it. You will also be in a better mindset to take it now than after you have been out of school for a few years.

Hi teddy brosevelt,

I absolutely encourage you to take the GMAT, as you will not only have more time now, but you will also likely be able to find peers to study for the test with.

Please let me know if I can answer any other questions.

Best,

Conrad and the Stacy Blackman Team

I have an offer signed and I am taking the GMAT in late April, a few weeks before graduation.

Good luck with the studies! What materials are you using, btw?
