possibility for a top mba program ?

Chinese, GMAT 700, GPA 3.28 from non target business school in Canada. Worked as a supervisor in a Chinese restaurant for 6 months and as a mutual fund sales for a year during my undergrad (both full time). Then worked as a teller for almost a year and went back to China to start my own restaurant ( with my parent's help ) for almost 6 months now. Is my profile strong ( or maybe unique) enough to get into a top 10 mba programs ?

Thank you guys for your honest feedbacks. Here are my choices : 1) Keep running the restaurant and apply couple years later. 2) get into a investment management firm as a Analyst and work couple years and apply later. Which one gives me a better chances of getting into Top 10 MBA program?
