Reputation of Northeastern University (Undergrad) and other "co-op" focused schools?

What's the reputation of Northeastern University (Undergrad) and other "co-op" focused schools in IB/PE/VC?

Thanks

Co-op schools can be phenomenal if used correctly - aka they tend to be lower rank schools (so ideally a 3.6+, really a 3.8+) and a ton of networking. If not used correctly, aka low gpa and not much networking? Can fall pretty flat into pretty crappy co-ops. Very familiar with one of these programs (will not elaborate on which program)

Few interesting outcomes:

1. Engineer networked with startups and got to work with awesome startups (series A/B, pre - series A types of early stage startups with a $5-10 mil in funding) --> Got into Business Development at a biotech startup. He's actually the go to contact on the client side for some name brand banks (company has grown fairly quickly with some FDA approvals/research grants).

2. Finance -> F500 FDLP, although could have gotten IB nowadays (co op schools have gotten better across the board on placing into Wall Street/respectable MM firms in Chicago/SF/LA)

3. Bio/premed major -> co ops with world renown surgeons / doctors. Has 3-4 startups with funding from mentors he met on his co ops (also a resident in a competitive surgical field). Honestly by far one of the most impressive resumes I've ever seen on LinkedIn.
