Spring Insight Weeks CV experience evidence
I did an early careers work experience program at HSBC this summer, however I wasn’t given any certificate whatsoever of completing the ‘internship’. Will I be ever asked by HR teams to send some sort of proof of completing the program, when applying for spring insight weeks in my first year? How will HR look at this? Do you even have interviews for freshers programmes?
