UCB Econ(Non-Hass) or UCLA Econ/BizEcon for IB

Hey there! I'm a CC student transferring soon to either UCB or UCLA. I've been admitted into UCB as an Econ premajor(Did not apply for Haas, I'd rather go to a business school for my MBA through a potential future employer) and into UCLA as either BizEcon or Econ. My plan is to go into IB or some similar avenue once I've graduated. I've scoured these forums and then some and I've had numerous talks with the people at the small local investment firm I've interned in (a local L.A. firm) about both schools and I've been told the difference in recruitment between UCB Econ and UCLA Econ is quite marginal. Is that the case? I know the outlook for UCLA Econ/BizEcon isn't bad, especially for the SoCal area(I'd be quite content to do IB in L.A. however I'm aware there are not that many firms and positions are not as abundant as other large markets) but I've not been able to find too much information about UCBs' Econ outlook as it seems most of the information is focused on Haas.
Can anyone that recently graduated from UCB as an Econ major shed some light on the matter?
I am not considering anything other than potential opportunities in my decision,I don't care about the weather, the people, the smell, the food or any and other such nonsense, I'll be happy in either place and am only interested in going to the school that will serve me best in the future.

Thanks. That's what I figured. I guess the biggest dilemma is guaranteeing Econ or taking the risk of Haas, but I guess the risk is worth it.
