UC’s vs UIUC vs Cal Poly vs SCU

ok so I have to make my college decision soon, and I want to work in tech IB in the Bay Area
I am stuck between the following:

Santa Clara 60k
UIUC 50k CS+Econ
UC Irvine 30k CS
UC Davis 30k CS
UC Santa Cruz 20k CS
Cal Poly SLO 15k CS

I really don’t want to got to SCU because it’s rlly close to home, and I don’t want to go to UIUC because it’s cold and I want to work in sf. both of them are also expensive(I would need to take out 10-20k a year in loans to go to them ), but if they significantly improve my chances at IB I’ll go there.
