undergrad for consulting/accounting
I'm a grade 12 student applying to universities in about a month, and I'm interested in pursuing either accounting or consulting. I've been looking at Rotman and Queens as my top 2 choices. I've heard that Rotman is better for accounting than queens, but I haven't heard much about consulting, can anyone here speak to that?
Go to Rotman. Brother went there and had direct pipeline into MBB without much experience. Plus UofT is top 25 global school. You can't go wrong.
Go for Queens, hands down. Neither of them are really all that great at accounting - Waterloo is the best for that. However, when it comes to consulting, placements from Queens are better than Rotman. Rotman is a tier 2 school, whereas Queens and Ivey are hands down the best business undergrads in all of Canada. Honestly shouldn't even be a question.
Ivey and Queens are both definitely the best business schools but for accounting it makes no sense to go to either Ivey or Queens. For consulting Ivey and Queens is superior.
