I would recommend taking the GMAT and TOEFL(not IELTS).Also look into pre-experience MSF programs . As for preparing for the GMAT there are plenty of study materials you can find on the internet for free.
Well, thank you for the advices. I am working too while I'm studying, and this next summer I am going to search for intership, so this couldn't be a problem for my aplication.
Extra curriculars are very important for EU schools - get involved in societies, etc. If you can start up a project/business/etc it is also very well seen by admissions committees.
I don't think studying russian is going to matter much to be honest.
You should focus primarily on your GMAT. work through the GMAT Pill and through Jeff Sackmann's materials. You can also look up study plants, but make sure you nail this down. If you get above 700, you're on a good track to get into a top program. I would also recommend starting to think about whom you want to ask for letters of recommendation, because you will inevitably have to ask someone and you want to make sure that they can write a strong letter.
