Goldman Moscow (what is going on?)

I have a phone interview tomorrow with one of the co-CEOs of the company. If you know anything about Goldman's presence in Moscow I would really appreciate.
Also I am interested in sales, but apparently part of my interview tomorrow will be to find a fit for me. I know that Goldman closed office in Moscow two months after it opened in 1998, I also know that their presence in Moscow is weaker than that of other banks.

I am more interested to know what they are doing right now to correct the situation, what would a sales job involve in Moscow.
I am interested in derivatives, but on the Russian market derivatives are just starting to pick up, and it is less based on quantitative analysis than in Europe or the US, I am ok with that :)

Cheers, and good luck with your applications all!

Thanks to my mother, yes I do speak Russian. Never lived there though, but I had to go to Russian school on Wednesday when I lived in France (while all the other kids were having fun ;)

All the banks interviewing me right now are only considering me for my Russian skills; I thought that my academic background would be enough, but apparently they are not even looking at that.

I want to work now! No, really. I want those 100+ hours/week.
