How to be valuable as a Prop trading intern?

Hi, I am an incoming QT intern at a prop trading firm (Optiver, DRW, Citadel, SIG type) and would like to be as effective as possible and get a return offer. I'm currently taking a probability class and interning at a smaller QT firm. I could just be paranoid, but it's not dramatic to say I've been working since middle school for this opportunity. Tips on what skills/subjects to work on? Books to read that can give me an edge? Thanks!

Do your projects, ask for help when you need it.

Ask questions that genuinely address a point you want clarified, not to flex on other interns if you happen to have read more.

Don't be a dickhead.
