How to prepare for summer in S&T

Hi everyone,

I recently accepted an offer for a S&T summer internship in London and I was wondering on what I should focus more for preparing it and for maximizing my odds of getting a full time offer. To give you a bit of context, if helpful, I am more interested in rates and fixed income in general.

Thank you very much in advance!
