Is 2023 a Good Year for S&T Interns?
Generally, is this a good year to be an intern in terms of return offers?
Also, does anyone know the general return offer rate of a bank like Wells Fargo/RBC?

Career Resources
Just gonna go on a limb based on mass layoffs across the street and across divisions... No.
Definitely not the best year, but S&T is less volatile than IBD for headcount.
Isn't it always low because people don't ever leave S&T so there aren't that many seats to begin with?
Would honestly say you’re in a better position than the IBD folks - some desks in S&T are even hiring extensively, it looks like they’re on a completely different planet (see rates desks).
Not the greatest of the years, still
Do you have insights on what desks you think will continue to grow in the future? Im getting into s&t and wondering what desks to consider for a long term career in the field.
