Trading while at a Big 4

I recently moved from an investment advisory firm to a big 4 bank. Trading is a huge passion of mine and my ultimate career goal is to launch a fund.

I understand there are 30 day rules on holding periods and that all trades need pre-clearance. I’m obviously not looking to trade on insider info but are there any ways to circumvent this without opening myself up to termination/ SEC?

Options on indexes? Futures? Taking on a side gig at a prop firm? Using Contracts for difference? Anything?

As first world of a problem as you could have but it is a major issue to me.
