I sold my previous fund to a buyer that was interested in starting a fund, but didn't want the hassle of starting from scratch.
I transferred to him the LLC, Wall street address and number, Fund contacts, brokerage account.
I provided a one stop solution, now I am looking to start a service to offer these services professionally.
