How to conduct research and diligence on Seed Ops?

Planning to start angel investing in pre seed and seed deals and would love to hear from some of the seasoned investors on the board how they run this process?

Would love to hear someone’s process from beginning to end if someone’s willing to share, tools used, what’s done from the forecasting end of things, and total time invested.
