I Broke Into VC as an Undergrad -- Now, how do I learn as much as possible?

Hi guys, I'm looking for more resources to learn VC!

Heres what I've read/watched so far:

Books: Venture Deals, Secrets of Sand Hill Road, Zero to One,

Podcasts: 20MinuteVC and a16z

Blogs: all of marc andreessen, bill gurley, and paul graham's blog posts

Newsletters: subscribed to like 15 that I read

Does anyone have any other materials/posts/anything/tutorials they would suggest to learn more during my free time?

I would suggest going to one of those wall street prep or WSO type websites that sell modeling materials and model out the nastiest cap stack you can think of from Angel to Series C. It is important to understand how value flows through the business both in rounds prior to yours and rounds after. The VC investors who have no knowledge of equity capitalization mechanics leave so much value on the table. Diligence is about understanding the commercial success projects of the business but deal structuring is still the name of the game when it comes to capturing value. I would also read through as many sample term sheets as you can and when you hit the desk, talk to your partners about what is currently market. You should aim to be where you would otherwise be in 5 years: understand how to model a business, do diligence, negotiate terms, etc. Even if you don't exactly know what to do now, having a basic understanding of all of these will be what separates the men from the boys at your future shop. GL!
