Career advice for PWM in India

Hi everyone, I've recently joined one of the biggest wealth management firms in India as a relationship manager(private sector bank) and was hoping if any of the more senior folks at wso would have some advice for new joinees in this world. A bit of background about myself, I've just passed out of a top 15 b school in India and would really appreciate any advice (preferably specific to India though a global overview about the industry wouldn't hurt either). It's very hard to find information about the PWM industry so literally any information would be useful. I'm particularly interested in knowing details about how to grow in the industry, increase my knowledge base, acquire clients, exit opportunities etc.
