Off-cycle return offer?

Starting an off-cycle at a BB in London soon and placed in a team that traditionally has had a certain size of people, and the team has suddenly increased its headcount by getting multiple new analysts, and on top of that possible offers to summer analysts, meaning that the team has already expanded alot. Will this mean that my chances of getting a return are limited? Can I still get a return offer to join another team in the bank? Or should I message HR asking if I can join another team which can offer me the return?

May I ask if you know what the typical conversion is for off cycle interns at MS?

That usually depends on your team: Size and turnover are the two most important variables

Let me explain myself: It's not the same working for teams with high turnover (i.e. tech, fig) or smaller teams with lower turnover (transp, C&R), so there's not one size fits all answer for this

But again, good work 99% times provides an offer even if you get places in another group
