Owl Rock Capital?

Does anyone have any insight into Owl Rock Capital? I know it’s a private credit shop founded by former GSO Capital, KKR, and Goldman Sachs partners, but if anyone could shed some light on reputation/comp/hours/culture, would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

I'm in private credit and a to be frank I don't know how they diligence their deals, given the pace they've been putting out capital. They're putting capital out the door in $50mm+ chunks very fast. I'm not sure how much their fund is levered, but I am skeptical. Seems like the 3 founders just want to flip it to a BDC and get out before the economy cycles.

That being said, i know they are hiring like crazy. Would be interested to hear what they are paying at the Ass./Sr Ass./ Vp level
