I met with a recruiter at a career fair. Then, got an interview with that same person and one more colleague. Finally, had two interviews at the virtual Super Day. All questions were behavioral and every person I talked to was extremely friendly and passionate.
Interview Questions
Most questions were basic behavioral questions that you can prepare for universally. I'd say emphasize your desire to be with them and why. When they ask "Why GE" have a good answer. Also do research on the FMP program on this site and others.

Considering I was recruited from Siena College, the interview process took less than one week. It was simply an hour long behavioral and job fit interview in person. I heard back from my recruiter within one week.
Interview Questions
The questions were very basic behavioral questions, such as describe a time when you had a conflict with a colleague and how did you deal with it, etc.

Had a first round interview through OCR by an alum. Asked about things on my resume, mostly clubs and activities. Asked where I thought GE's stock price would go.
Interview Questions
Most difficult question was when interviewer asked about GE's stock price and where I thought it would go. It was first round interview and I had not prepared research on the stock price. Also difficult considering that in an interview it is difficult to say "it will go down", as not wanting to insult the company, but also giving a truthful answer backed by facts.

Interviewer also asked about global economy and how I thought it was going. This was an easier question, but the only other one that was somewhat difficult.

The interview process was very standard, initially met the campus rep at an on-campus info session, then again at the career fair. Dropped my resume at the career fair and was contacted for an interview. super standard, entirely behavioral interview, nothing to worry about.
Interview Questions
- Why corporate finance as opposed to any other career in finance?
A: My response was pretty personal, just covering my experiences in school and how they led me to realize other careers in financial services were not the best for me. Make sure to be genuine in answering this question, it's probably the most important question of the entire interview. They want to make sure you're not just using them for an internship then going straight to IB or consulting after graduation. So be honest, but also make sure your answer makes it clear this is the industry you want to be in.

I applied online through handshake. A few weeks later, I was invited for an on campus interview. Then super day, and a few days later you'll be notified of offer. Before the interview, we were told to select what business we wanted to work for within GE (Healthcare, Aviation, or Power). The interview on campus was entirely behavioral and very relaxed. A few days later I was notified that I would be moving on to the super day for the specific business unit I selected. Super day consists of 3 30 minute interviews as well as a group activity. Interviews are still entirely behavioral. Group activity more focused on how you work in a group as opposed to testing your technical capabilities. Mainly looking for people that are easy to work with, they already believe your technically capable that is why they invited you to
Super day!
Interview Questions
Interview questions were mainly behavioral. Best way to prepare for them is focus on the basic behavioral questions that companies ask and then have 10-15 stories that you can use for whatever they throw at you. You wont be surprised by anything if you prepare. Take the time to understand what your stories answer and have them set up in the STAR method. They are looking for people easy to work with, show how you are unique!

1. Why Finance?

2. How can you increase a company's profit?

3. How do the three financial statements work together?

IQ / Intelligence Test
Background Check
Interview
The hiring process is pretty standard for the college recruitment and not too difficult. We had a finance/IQ exam before the the on-site interviews followed by a group case study and four 1 on 1 interviews. The group case study was an assessment of how you worked and interacted in a group setting. You want to be vocal but not overpowering over other members of the group. The interviews primarily asked about behavioural questions and I had brainteaser asked in two of the interviews. The favourite question was "talk about a time you failed".
Interview Questions
The brain teasers were probably the most difficult:
1. How would you weight a plane without scales?
2. Why is a manhole cover round?

Other than the brain teasers, they asked a lot of behavioural questions questions around weaknesses, failure, leadership and why GE? The point of these questions are to highlight self awareness and what you learnt from those situations.
1. Talk about a time when you failed?
2. Talk about your weaknesses?
3. Why do you want to work for GE?
4. Why FMP?
5. Talk about
