Our Function
This position will support the Large Cap Growth Equity research team and will be responsible for coverage of growth-oriented consumer, internet, industrial, and media companies. Coverage will evolve depending upon interest and team needs.

Your Impact
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Advanced Financial Modeling – build and update financial models
  • Understand, analyze, and communicate industry trends
  • Research stock ideas and work on bespoke research projects
  • Attend internal and external meetings with companies and analysts
  • Maintain strong relationships with industry experts and sell-side analysts

Your Required Skills
Your required skills must include:

  • 2-4 years of experience as an Analyst/Associate
  • Ability to distill investment thesis and associated risks down to most impactful factors
  • Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines while juggling multiple competing tasks and demands
  • Financial modeling and expertise working with Bloomberg, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in the absence of detailed instructions
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Experience covering media, consumer and/or industrials a plus

The base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $175,000. Individual salaries for this role may vary based on various factors including but not limited to, years of experience, range in corporate level, candidate skills, and geographic location. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including but not limited to, individual and organizational performance.
